Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited information handled by Enterprise Residents Directory and the choices available to visitors. The service is a private reference to public records and historical collections in Enterprise, Nevada. It does not require an account and does not keep a directory record about you.

Information You Provide

Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into a search form go to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.

Automatic Technical Data

Hosting services create ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review this data in aggregate for operation and usage patterns. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when used, advertising measurement.

How Data Is Used

We use limited data to operate the reference, fix problems, measure traffic, and improve its content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

External Websites

Links lead to County and State portals, archives, libraries, and search providers. Their policies govern information submitted on their services, including any sponsored search-result provider. Review the destination policy before submitting data.

Who Might See Your Data

Hosting and support providers process server logs for the service. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it.

Safeguards

The reference uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operating purposes described here. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or site profiles to expose.

Users Under 18

The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information to us, and we will remove it.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data kept by a website. Nevada's data-broker provisions include NRS 603A.323 and NRS 603A.345-.346, which address verified do-not-sell requests and response periods subject to statutory exceptions. Because we retain very little, requests usually involve checking the contact mailbox and server logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page to ask. Official Nevada or Clark County records are outside our control, and requests about those records belong with the custodian.

Policy Changes

We will post a revised policy here when it changes. Continued use after posting means you accept the revised version.
